Morning Coffee

When you have a chance to log into InWorldz, take a moment to pop down to Morning Coffee.

Rowland and Ziva are the proprietors of this coffee shop and are great people.  All the visitors to this shop are very friendly.  Upon landing there, ( I normally end up on top of the counter ), the host will immediately offer you a cup of java, or if you prefer something stronger, they're well stocked.

Anyone familiar with the Cartel Hangout in SL will immediately notice the similarities of this place.

Meat Loaf at The Warehouse

If you weren't at The Warehouse Saturday night, you missed a great night with Meat Loaf and his back up band formed of some of the Warehouse regulars.
It was a great hour of some of Meat's more popular songs, and everyone there either had a toe tapping or a hip swinging.
I tried to capture some video of it, but my limited experience in this field is quite noticeable.  My hat goes off to those who can create those wonderful video captures.

The Warehouse plans to have more performers in the future, so keep an eye open.
I'll try to keep future video captures to those who know how to do it.

New Club In Town

Last night I had the pleasure of attending the pre opening of a new club in InWorldz.  Southern Storm was the DJ and as usual, played a great variety of music for everyone's liking.  Next time you're online, head over to The Southern Nights Club.

Just outside the club, there is a bridge that will lead you to the Southern Secrets Mall which houses a well diversified selection of items for sale.

Limited Online Time

It's unfortunate that I can't be online as often as I would like, but at the present time I'm sharing a narrow band network.  This is only a temporary setup and hope to be up to speed by the end of October.
Meanwhile, if you visit either store in Inworldz and don't see what your looking for, just drop me a note card and I'll import the item for you.

So Many Changes Since Last Post

As many of you may have noticed, Saleea and I haven't been in Second Life that often.
Due to all the new politics over there, like many, we went in search of other alternatives.  After looking into many virtual worlds, we settled in nicely over in InWorldz.
This world is still in beta, but is well worth the hiccups.  The founders are very attentive and it's a great feeling to be in on the ground floor of such a venture.
Hope to see everyone there and I will try to post more soon.

Good News and Bad News

The bad news first. Our store in Pleone is closed. Our good friend who was leasing to us, has decided to take a break from SL for a little while.

The good news. We have purchased a mainland sim and it's open for residential living. There is also a LL highway crossing through the one edge of the sim, and we have erected a small commercial building there, with available shops for rent.

We are having our grand opening of the sim on August 7th, /10. We would love to see you there, and by all means, visit anytime.

New Store Location

Lets see who is reading the blog. I know I haven't posted in awhile, but that's no excuse not to keep checking in to see what's new.

I am also available for custom builds and will not sell copies of a custom build without the customer's permission. Any questions, or for quotes, just drop a note card in my inventory in world.

A Grateful Thank You To All

As many of you know, I had a misfortune and was displaced for a while. Internet usage was limited to some very slow and unstable bandwidth via the London Public Library. I'm thankful I was able to still connect to SL, even though it was iffy most times.
I want to thank all of you who attended Caine's inworld business ( Bart's Place http://slurl.com/secondlife/Sedna/106/14/28 ), and Sweetcheeks54's place ( *SWEETS* http://slurl.com/secondlife/Corfeld/24/122/80 ) and generously donated to assist in my tier coverage.
Saleea and I have made some real good friends in SL; the type that will grow into long lasting friendships beyond the inworld experience. We both wish everyone the best and hope to bump into you inworld so we can personally thank you.
